This site is operated by U.S. Figure Skating ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site and how we use it.

- Account information: your name, email address, and other details you give us when you create an account or sign in.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of access. We use it to operate, secure, and protect the site.

We keep your acceptance records for at least three years to document compliance. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
7. Minors
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these policies on your behalf. By creating an account for a minor, you confirm you are authorized to do so and agree to these policies.
8. Your choices
You may allow or refuse analytics cookies, and withdraw your consent at any time, from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where we have a legitimate need or legal obligation, such as records of your acceptance of the Terms of Use.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will ask you to review and accept the updated version.
