1. Purpose and personal use
This site provides figure skating competition results, including detailed judges' scores ("Competition Data"), for your personal, non-commercial viewing and reference. U.S. Figure Skating grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Competition Data for that purpose only.
2. Prohibited redistribution
Without prior written permission from U.S. Figure Skating, you may not copy, republish, redistribute, transmit, display, or otherwise make available any Competition Data, in whole or in part, in any form, through any public, private, or commercial channel. This includes, without limitation:
- websites, web portals, and social media;
- mobile or desktop applications;
- databases, spreadsheets, or data feeds;
- APIs, newsletters, broadcasts, or streams;
- third-party platforms, competitive websites, or commercial services;
- any other medium or distribution channel, whether or not for profit.
3. Judges' scores
Redistribution of detailed judges' scores is strictly prohibited without the express written permission or consent of U.S. Figure Skating.
4. Automated access
You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access, collect, or extract content from this site. You may not use any manual process to systematically copy or compile Competition Data. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control, rate limit, or technical protection on the site.
5. Account security
You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. You may not share your credentials or allow others to use your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Ownership
The site and the Competition Data, including their selection, compilation, and presentation, are owned by or licensed to U.S. Figure Skating and are protected by copyright and other laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.
7. Limited exceptions
Accurate quotation of individual results for bona fide news reporting or journalistic commentary, with clear attribution to U.S. Figure Skating, may be permitted if it does not include detailed judges' scores or a substantial portion of the Competition Data. 8. Enforcement and remedies
If you violate these Terms, we may, without notice, suspend or terminate your access, block your IP address or devices, and pursue any remedies available to us, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees. You acknowledge that a breach of Sections 2 to 4 may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone would be inadequate.
9. Disclaimer
Competition Data is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Results are subject to correction, including for errors, protests, or rulings.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, U.S. Figure Skating is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update requires acceptance of the updated version.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
